Processing/Shipping Policy: 

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Please allow 1- 3 business days for orders to be processed although most items go out immediately, but it may vary. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY ORDER DUE TO COVID-19/SANITARY PURPOSES. 

 

Damages/Lost Packages:

We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at sf.blackbosswoman@gmail.com If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.

Damaged or broken item(s) should be reported within at least 3 business days of when packaged is delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can resolve the issue.
